Opportunities
are available for you to purchase an ad in our Program Guide and/or purchase
table/booth space in our Exhibitor Hall.
Program Guide
You
may wish to advertise your business or organization in our program guide which
will be distributed to every attendee of the forum. The guide will serve as a
roadmap to the day's events as well as help to increase your sales or
disseminate your message, and it also helps us to defray the cost of this
event. Just send us your black and white camera ready ad to ctlibertyforum@nheld.com and please
put the words "Program Guide Ad" in the Subject Line. October 10th deadline for
submission – no exceptions. Payment should be sent to Judy Aron c/o CT
Liberty Forum, 40 North Quaker Lane, West Hartford, CT 06119. Checks are to be made out to NHELD.
The Program will be an 8.5” x 5.5”
booklet.

Full
page ad for $50 (8" x 5”)
Half
page ad for $25 (4" x 5")
Quarter
page ad for $15 (4" x 2.5")
We also have available a color full page
ad (8" x 5") on the
inside back cover for $100.
Exhibition Table Space
Exhibition
Table Space will be available in the common area between speaker
rooms. You may wish to be one of the 10 exhibitors during the CT Liberty
Forum. Tables are standard 6 feet long and the cost for a table is $50. We
ask that nothing be hung on the walls. Skirting and Chairs will be provided.
Depending on location, electricity may be provided. If you would like to
purchase table space, please email ctlibertyforum@nheld.com and please
put the words "Exhibitor Space" in the Subject Line. Then print out
and fill out the Exhibitor Application Form and
send it in to us with your payment. We will send you a confirmation via email.
You will receive a special Exhibitor admission/badge with payment.
Your
exhibitor application and payment will be returned to you if space is no longer
available. Checks are to be made out to NHELD.
Set
up for your table will be between 6:45 and 7:45 am on Saturday morning, and
take down is from 5:00-6:00 pm on Saturday. Parking at the hotel for the event
is complimentary, and is in the hotel’s garage (not the airport garage).
